Ben has been exploring music since he was a kid, and in his early 20's realized his knack for songwriting. His first release came out in 2017 (Orange Avenue). In subsequent years he's released 4 more albums, the most recent being the 2022 release "My Hands Were Stuck In My Pockets". Each album shows Ben's expanding, dynamic exploration of different sounds and moods, as he addresses themes of loss, faith, and mortality.
"His songs are thought provoking and creative, melancholy and emotional."
- Provo Music Magazine -
A self-produced artist, his sound tends towards chill, indie-folk, with the occasional rock/retro-pop song. He's had two songs placed in the TV show Shameless -- "Off My Mind" and "Swallow". And his song "27 Years" was featured prominently in ABC's The Good Doctor (Season 6 Episode 6). In Fall of 2023 he released two singles ("Cross", "Give Me A Reason") ahead of an album yet to be released. Stay tuned...
Ben created a cover of one of his favorite songs -- Don Henley's "Boys of Summer". There's so much emotion in this song, and Ben interpreted the deep, nostalgic, longing in his own unique way. For a limited time, get a free download of this song -- exclusively available here.
